Go for it, i put spacers on my Jimmy. And it won't be long and the Blazer will have them also. Got mine off e-bay for around $70.00 shipped iirc, seemed well machined and no probs so far. Used red Loctite on the threads for the spacers, and i've checked mine often and they have yet to loosen upDammit, I'm a bit tempted by spacers now.
.No these were aluminum, and yes on the thread size. Now the length of your axle studs could be an issue they had a minimum recomendation for length but i can't remember for sure what that was, i think 3/4 of an inch or 1 inch for the stud that holds the spacer on. To short and you will not have enough thread engagement, to long and stud will hit the rim.Steel I take it? Did they use the same thread and size wheel studs as OEM?

.on a hard core rock rig the aluminum ones would be a little sketchy maybe? but for a mild wheeling road rig they are tried and true. the only inconvenience is you have to install them, drive 50-100mi, pull the wheel and retorque them, drive another 50-100mi, then retorque the wheels. once thats done your golden and should never have to look at them again.
Kind of a hassle at first but pulling a wheel aint hard and doesnt take long so I dont mind.

I know in the effort to feel a difference I realized how good it sounds again, so I havent been able to keep my foot out of it yet
It does seem to run a touch smoother, but that may be a hallucination too. Man I love my truck though.
The Al spacers make me nervous. But keeping an eye out for a deal on steel ones, want to get my track width out to even.
Looks good!

I heard on here that some guys set theres at 2* advanced, so thats where mines at now. I hope it runs better, not that it ran bad. Might pick up a mpg or 2 also. Now that I could handle
. I may use the search feature to look into others settings more. I always just heard people say a "couple" or "a few" degrees advanced so I assumed 2-3.
