Burnt burb resurrection (It's mine again!)

everything was pretty No corrosion in the tank, heres the rubber part exactly how it came out

Did you make sure to use the submersible rated fuel line to fix it? If not you'll be doing it again. Most fuel line will get soft when externally submersed in gasoline. The inner liner is the only part able to withstand the constant fuel contact.

Nice job finding the problem. I think it's funny how you were dreading dropping the tank and the next thing you know, you were saying, "it's done"...

I think he said the new pump had the hose on it already so it should be the right stuff

Wow, that's fooked.
Yeah, I seen it come out and thought, Well that'll do it!

New MPG numbers.

Well I got my speedo correction unit in. Its dead on at 45 but is actually a little fast at 70 on gps (speedo says 75) Using that I ran the numbers from the OD and came up with 12.2 on a 220 mile interstate trip. And 12.6 on the 2 lane and intown return. I was expecting more but :dunno: Guess I have more refining to do.
