Dude that thing is Sexy.

Just put em on cause I got a set of 36's coming and didnt have anything else to put on so they guy can take the 35's with him.

yep all spring Rough Country,I actually got about 5" out of it but I suspect the springs will sag a lil over time.It only got about 100 miles on it.

I know from experience that Mickey's run small... like waaay small... what do those actually measure out to?

Want bigger tires but don't want to cut the fenders

I have a '82 C30 body on a '87 V30 frame. I would really like to put bigger tires on it to help my mpg. 4.56 gear ratio isn't to bad with the 4L80e 12mpg. Cutting the fenders is not an option for me. How big can I go without rubbing? Forgot about the 3" body lift. It has one.

Bigger tires don't usually net more gas milage. Infact they are heavier and harder for the engine to turn so it has to work more.

a taller, narrower tire may help mpg a little bit, but like stated above, bigger tire usually means Less mpg...

that depends. in town you will be hurting your mpg because like you said the motor has to work harder to turn those big tires from a stop. but once on the highway up to speed it can help your mpg a little.

87 k5, 3" body lift, 1 tons, diy4x shackle flip w/ 7" shackles, add a leafs and zero rates, 6" ruff country springs up front with 6" shackles and zero rates, sitting on 19.5/44.15 boggers mounted on 15x14 procomp series wheels with 2.75" bs. trimming still needed. whoring time..
