Yeah that looks way better. I bought it at the swap meet and it was already painted. No sand here so it got a quick wire brush and more paint

I honestly don't criticize @Bent77 about the truck I bought from him. BUT , I do like giving him grief when he tells me "you're welcome" for things that he did funny on purpose, or didn't do, like paint valve covers.
:D

He was VERY HONEST about the truck I bought from him, before I even got to see it in person. But, now as friends , we get to trade BS like no Other!

And it looks lonely waiting for me to get more done..

That does look really lonely sitting there in that huge empty bay with none of the rest of it's parts any where to be seen. LOL

I'm Jelly of that shop...

I got to make the body fly today!!!
I now get the pleasure of removing the 4 rear body mount bolts, which only the rear ones broke. And hopefully fix the floor under the seat mounts. I found a few cracks.

Am I the only one that had to take a second look at the pic to see how the body was suspended over the frame? I was looking for arms from a lift but didn't see any. Had to look further up to see the overhead crane and chain. Good work though..

The only reason that I lifted it that much was due to the wires for the knock sensor and the starter hanging down. I didn't want to risk snagging on the engine. Otherwise you could have possibly had a better look at the wooden beam and strap.
