I picked up my new set of seats today, not bad for 50. They are 87+ but i dont think they are gonna bolt right in, at least for the passenger side. Ill post more when i do the swap, or it isnt 15 degrees and wind blowing like a mofo out.

All the snow we just got doesnt help anything, as well as im currently house sitting for my aunt.

Haha had to clean off 5 years of leaves and twigs and get it all ready to drop in. Gonna chase the torque converter bolts and she's good to go.

Well boys, looks like project procrastination is no longer under further delay. Engines down, bolted in, now just to finish bolting the underside brackets up, stab the distributor in, hook the stuff up and were off to the races.

Well the electrics all work and she turns over, need to stab a distributor in put plug wires on and hook up the carb.

Well had a nice snowfall that made things cold, had two decent days so got the plugs in, wires on, distributor in and new cap/rotor, drained the old gas out and put some fresh in, gave her a quick hit of fuel in the carb and she was running! And good at that. Just need to put the radiator should and fan in, but first i need to remove the power steering pump because its trashed and I have a nice used one off of my 82 2wd that looks to be identical. Getting closer!

Well, after digging through a stack of 100+ titles trying to find the right one, i finally located the title in a random envelope inside the house. Got it insured and tagged, and its parked outside my girlfriends apartments right now. Steering is a little loose, gonna have to see whats up with that, but my column is wobly as hell.

Its a crazy feeling, and man this truck runs good. i almost doubt it has 3.08 gears in the back, something i need to check.

Put some rainx wiper blades on her, gonna install silverstar headlights, fix the windows, maybe lift it eventually. She goes good!

Picture i took friday. ive since washed the custom cat prints off of the hood. Just been driving it for the last week or so and enjoying it, got back window working, junk cleaned out of interior. Learned that the 87+ seats will not bolt to my 86-older brackets. So i just threw some old black, gray seat covers on that I bought for my moms 91 camaro.

All four are the same, i changed them from the aluminum rims (And the steel rally) that were on it for the last eight years to a set of freshly painted steel rallies and 32x11.50r15 dunlop ats. I still have the aluminum rims and wanted to run them but they were 15x8 and would have made the tires look wierd.

Oh ya, my alternator bearing is on its way out. YAY!

Ahh i see, im lookin for a sit of those but 15x10. But i do like the steel ralleys as well, keeps that old school chevy look. I just have the stock alloy ones, but they are ok. 15x7.5, ima buy some 33x12.5 mickey thompson baja claws i think so i need some wider rims.

And did i understand correctly that you guys have 160 cars??? That sounds awesome!! You could make so many sweet cars from parts from others lol
