linked one ton escalade (coming back soon)

Sway bar question. I have a 1” rear sway bar with aluminum arms. I ordered new arms that just get welded on, but before I do that I’m not sure if I should step up to a 1.5 rear? Or just add a 1” front, or possibly do both. Can I just go to a local metal shop and get 1.5” chromoly bar?

It doesn’t feel terrible, but watching videos it looks like it could use more control.

I don't know anything for sure about sway bars but I'm betting it's spring steel/chromoly. Make one out of a half ton torsion bar. Might be hard to get the spring rate right. They are made to twist.

I'd love to have a box trailer like that to turn into a storage unit but you are a little far away and no I do not need a truck to haul it here with either. LOL

Rain day, decided to change out the bumper on the 2 door. Now just need to stretch it and long arms.... or sell it.

Add a stinger or leave it as is?

Also we have 7 of these single axle trucks now :haha: who wants to make a package deal on them all??

Are you still interested in trading for Axletech 4000's and a T600 transfer case? I only have 1 transfer case left now. What engine is in the cornbinder? Any of the Freightliners got the mechanical fuel pump and a standard transmission? Still have a F800?

Yes, where are you located again? Because I might be able to have it delivered to you. The manual freightliner is a 9 speed and still an older 8.3 with the mechanical pump. All of them have 8.3s, 1 or 2 of them knock or have a ton of blow by. The manual one is also air suspension and has working A/C, that’s the one hooked to the nice camper

Roby, Texas 79543. The International has a Cummins?

If it's new enough I can put the last 8 digits of the vin into the International site and get the specs on that one at least.

We ended up doing that, it has an international DT530, we actually have 2 of them. Need to see if they run..
