Doing some measuring... if I use superduty outers on a Dana 70 rear, I’ll have to make the rear axle 2 inches wider to leave my shocks in the same spot, that won’t be noticeable. And then I can reuse my gears and locker, all I would need custom would be inner axle shafts. And I’ll just use 2 longside inners and have them cut down and resplined.


Also, I have everything off of a trencher I cut up for the hydraulic side of it. It had the electronics to make the steering wheel control both axles with 3 options. 1 way it would turn both axles the same way to crab walk. 1 way it would turn both axles opposite. And the other way obviously it only turned the front axle. You could also manually steer the rear. it just had sensors on both axles and the rear either copied or did the opposite as the front, pretty sweet setup. The orbital valve also had a 5th line off the side, I’ll have to do some more research on that...
 
Stock was 6100 with me, it currently weighs 6760 with me, but I’ve got some stuff to do still, I’m guessing it’ll be right around 6700-6800 empty when done. Which is 1200 pounds lighter than I thought it would be lol.

@Kay86K5 his brother has an International over on Pirate that has a bed similar to what you are doing. Pretty sure someday when my wife is done with her Yukon xl denali its gonna get a solid axle swap and jacked up similar to this!
 
@Kay86K5 tell him to move a thread over here on that thing. I can't remember my Pirate login and I hate going over there mainly just for trucks like his.
 
He won't...he doesn't even login to ck5 anymore, hasn't in years. Plus, I'm sure most of his pics in his thread over on pirate are gone with photobucket ruining the internet, I haven't checked in a long time though.
