I got the oil cooler plumbed in. And changed the bad line while I was at it.

Also, ever since I put this engine in the truck, I've had a nagging in the back of my head about the torque converter only being bolted with 3 bolts.
The converter had 6 pads, but the flex plate only had 3 holes.
Totally fine with a nova, Chevelle, etc. but with this power, possibly more in the future, and a 6500# truck, I'd rather have the 6 lol.
So I bought a new flexplate with the 6 holes.
Measured it all out, and it's going to work good.
Still SFI rated as well.
Only thing I need is shorter bolts because the old one was flat with a spacer, and this one is dished with no spacer.





Bolts on order already.
Once I have them, I can start putting this back together.
Hopefully by next weekend it will move under its own power.
