LSX454 swapped 95 BASS burb.

Little lower, little cooler, bigger sounds.
Not sure if this does.
But I know it's commanding or reading weird chit one way or the other

The setups I'm used to use a stepper motor to drive the IAC pintle, so the count is what's commanded/expected. I've never seen one with feedback that tells you the actual position.

Luke is correct, a datalog will tell you what the IAC is supposed to do, but not what it actually does. The IAC doesn't have that capability to give relative position to the ECU for recording.

Now, if the datalog is saying its doing funny things, that could still be an indication of a problem. But if the IAC is faulty and the engine is stalling its probably going to say its opening when in reality it may not be.

Yeah. It likes the new converter :thumb:
:burnout:

This took about 1 second to spin em to 6000r's,
Then let it creep forward a half second or so, let off the brake entirely and let her eat.:woot:IMG_20260820_060635836_MP.jpg

As for the starting thing. It hasn't done it in a while now, rainy days or not :dunno:

Overall...... I'm currently happy as F**k with it :thumb:
The ability to do rolling burnouts would be awesome, but when you juice up a pig, you can only expect so much. :haha:

Getting REAL close to swapping rear tires finally.
Next set is one size skinnier, but .75" taller. So probably about the same .

Eventually, I'll get to putting wheels identical to these back on it. (Probably without the rings, or thinner ones). So i can go down to 245's.
Then we'll get some LONG posi marks lol.

Your description isn't clear on the tire sizes.
Can you post the 2 sizes?

I compiled a bunch of picks of tires/sizes.
I'll put a post together with all of it when I get to work later

Currently on the truck
Front 275/45/20. 29.8" tall. 10.8" section width.
Rear. 285/50/20. 31.3. 11.7
These are the same make/model lol.

Next up I have 2 options.
Probably taking option 1.... But
Opt. 1
Just change rears to 275/55/20. 31.9". 11.2"
Opt. 2
Swap current fronts to the rear, and put
255/45/20s on front. 29.1". 10"

When I go to the 16"s for fun, it'll be 245/75/16
30.5". 9.8" IMG_20260820_155723037_MP.jpg

Ok so different height but close enough.
You said about the same i thought you thought they are the same.
By the way .75" taller means .375" higher because it's half the diameter difference.
You might get more height from the new tread than difference in size

I was thinking the skinnier gives a better chance of breaking them free, but the newer tread, and taller tire, makes for a little less final drive, so figured the difference in burnout ability would be an un-noticable wash.

It'll be better when I go to smaller diameter AND skinnier lol.

Ok..
The current front and back are both Yokohama geolander... But the fronts are X-CV
And the rears are H/T

The current fronts were bought as rears, and the 255/45s were bought as the fronts.
Those match.

First car show I'll have ever entered.

Just want to put it in there because regardless of what anyone else thinks of it....

I can stand back, look at it and say "I DID THAT!"

Interior, chit as it is, and minor paint flaws I've found..... Fug it. It's came a LONG ways, and if I finished it all at once, what the ell else would I have to do.... ?
Work on the house? It keeps me warm n dry, so fug that too lol.
