Nice touch. But, doesn't Martin argue that these aren't Detroit Diesels?
I have a glove-box full of various fender badges. The thought was I would take several of them and glue them together to reflect the "one piece at a time" nature of my step side. Something heretical like "CUSTOM Sierra Ranger XLT." My favorite ones are the "Electronic Spark Control" badges that I would use just to see how many folks actually noticed the discrepancy.
And then I painted it up and liked the way it looked with no badges, so the trim is still sitting in the spare glove box.
I do have a set of Safari and Savanna badges. I have my eye on "Subfari" or "Subvanna" for my camping truck.
I have a heretical sense of humor. Like how I reworked the seat belt light to remind me to PRAY every time I turn the key on.
