PLAN B

This build was 2 parts 1 i have a truck I made to pretty to wheel so I'm building an ugly one I can actually enjoy. And 2. My cousin has been trying to join us for blazer bash but his truck wont be ready so we are surprising him with this one
Still like that blue. Nice and bright and it's different from what many of us do for color.

Finished some sloppy patches last night , painted a bunch of stuff, capped my front bumper and started to mask stuff for paint. Really not a bad 2 hours tonight. :)

Things I need to finish, reinstall the roll bar, install the rear shock strap/supports, paint EVERYTHING, nut and bolt check (check torque specs on all the things).....then install a temp rear bumper or my stock one while I wait for diy4x to finish what I ordered. Lots to do before fullsize invasion....

That's funny, I was scrolling thru quick and caught a flash of the green masking tape and I thought "whoa, he's dropped the blue for bright green?" :what: Haha

Lol nope. Its funny, originally I wanted to do everything highlighter green.... I am very glad I stuck with this blue.

Yeah, green is overdone at this point. It's like everyone is hoping to be sponsored by monster energy.

That was my first reaction then I noticed the parking lights were green so I figured masking tape

Gotta disagree. He did right going black. That stinger/bumper would be a LOT of blue. The accents on the chassis/axles is just enough. At least for me.

But it's not my truck. He could paint it like a barber pole and as long as he likes it, it's cool.

I'm a little odd on this. I like very simple bumpers. Sometimes I'm just happy to have a single tube. But I also hate black bumpers. Grey, I will do but I rarely paint my bumpers or really any tubework black.
