windstar fans came in friday, got my transport alternator this morning, and got the BTO lockup kit installed yesterday. Since I was running a TBId rig, the comp controlled the lockup...now that its carbed, and no more comp....i had to put this in

old solenoid out

been collecting various other things, AN adapters, and other stuff so I can plumb the trans cooler.... more pics tomorrow.

Well, here we go again. Got the P/S return hose made up and ran. Need to drill out the lower mount in the waterpump to finish mounting that up.

Got the transport alternator half mounted. Need to find out its exact placement, as well as find out what v belt pulley will work.

My bulk head setup for the heater hoses:

My driveshaft all ready to go in. Need to get it in there, as the truck rolls way too easy without it, and too many people have been eying my rig..

my radiator hose, due to the suggesting of that guy doing all the bolt ons

I figure I`ll get the new bolts for the yoke for my rear axle, get the driveshaft in, then get the tv cable on the tranny, bolt the shifter back up on the transmisson, and see ehat else I can get done. Need to buy a new harmonic balancer bolts so I can throw that on and used that to turn the motor over to adjust the rockers....

As far as a v-belt pulley, if you have your old alternator it should be the same, just swap it in place of the serp pulley. At least all the ones I have done, that was all that was required.

Well, here`s what liittle progress I have made, along with some parts.

Fixed the windstar fan shroud mounting tab that was cracked when I got it, just need to drill out the holes.

Wow, man, I don`t even know what to say. Thankyou, to start. I see this kind of post in a few other peoples threads, first time I`ve seen it one of mine. I`m just speechless. :o To think that there are people that think my(some 19 year old kid who decided to tear down his truck, and re do it all in my grandparents driveway) work is satisfactory enough for members here means alot to me, more than you wouldn`t believe. Thanks man

got back to work on this thing again
got this shifter mounted back up on the tranny. I`d venture a safe guess and say that I won`t have to reach down to shift, hahah
