Project MULE - Expedition build on a 1991 1500 4x4 Suburban

I like that better, but if you worried about "busy" why not do away with all the graphics and stickers?

Promotion and sticker of products I am or hopefully will be a dealer of are planned so decals kind of would be staying. maybe not those sizes are exact positions.

Honest question, not trying to be a jerk, but why would anyone sponsor this?

Yeah, it didn't quite click until you asked the question I meant these are products I am currently or am trying to become a dealer of. Sorry for the confusion.

I have a question, when do you sleep? I am amazed at your level of progress:bow:

:haha::haha::haha::haha:

I wish I was like that! This is actually the third time I have built this rack. I built the first time over a year ago for my Cherokee. Then I just build one on Saturday for a 2010 Jeep Commander. and then this one so I had the process down perfect.

This afternoon I start assembling the 2nd revision front bumper and I hope to start painting the other roof rack.

Where can I find these pre-made corners like the ones in your pic below (circled in red)? I'd like to order some of these, but I don't know what they are called or who sells them.

i think he is an offroad shop, and those are companies he sells or brands that he works with.

Welding the second bumper. I had to make some revisions to the CAD files and it looks like I need to do just a couple more tweaks and run a 3rd off to verify. You can only do so much on paper before you just have to say "screw it" and cut metal. The nice thing is I dont have these bumpers for more then 72hrs and they are gone. This one is bound for Tuscon Tomorrow.
