What are you doing for a rear license plate mount?
Kinda like this idea, but you'd need a light and quick disconnect.

Yeah... have not thought that far ahead yet.
Actually I had originally planned for my plate to go on the ladder. I need to make a spot on the bumper maybe.

No. You cant. Its alot different. Unless you REALLY wanted to. I know you have the skills to make it happen, but it would require fab.

Why the vents, why the mirrors or why are we here? Need a little bit more input to offer an answer.
The mirrors. I guess I don't understand the vents either. Are you going to weld them in, or rivet them on?

On the mirrors,
I personally dont like how high and close these electric 90-91 mirrors are. For me they feel like they are blocking some of the view. I think the manual ones are personally better plus you have more mirror to look at at.
On the vents,
the vents will help keep the engine bay cooler and keep the engine from overheating. This is nothing new, I did them on my Cherokee and there is not even enough room for a mouse under a Cherokee hood. After I did that I could sit in traffic or on the trail with he A/C on and never overheat and that's in the Arizona summer. A cooler engine is a happier engine.
They are designed to be riveted in but I will be painting the hood and the vents and the rivets are powdercoated white to match the vents so I will use SS hardware instead.

Well the body is off for paint and I am here wet-sanding the hood.

After that I have the Moon visor, grille, gutters, side mirrors and vents to sand. Oh...joy

I got these in a trade but they are the XL size from hoodlouvers.com. I had actually ordered these and were in mid shipment when I got these in trade. So I sent those back.
