Project "RESPAWN" - 1972 K5 Blazer

Cool stuff here!
The one thing with the polyethylenes is you can't basically glue to them. That's the same stuff cutting boards are made of, and few glues stick. As long as you're gonna drill/screw through it, you're golden.

ABS might be a better choice if you wanna glue to it. Can also be had with texture, much like the black plastic dashes, and is easy to work. Find you a local plastic shop, should be able to get you pieces mostly cut to size and you just trim the curves and such.

although something bead rolled would probably look awesome, because of the size of the side panels, I'd bet shipping would be insane. Not to mention how they would have to be packaged to show up unmolested.

Sooo, I thought project "CST" was medium blue (no spid on glove box door) but am thinking it is dark blue... just acquired a glove box door from a 72 truck with option "572 white/dark blue" listed on the spid and it looks like an exact match to my dash.

What color blue do you think this is?

yeah, that's pretty weird to have different shades of blue
The thing with this blue is that it looks lighter and darker depending on the light.

Just for kicks, took a couple of pics of the dark blue glove box door, one inside and one outside...
