Truck looks sweet Rich

Bad lift pump maybe--or the sock in the fuel tank is clogging up with water or rust perhaps...or a rubber fuel line might be collapsing inside..might be pinholes in the steel fuel line somewhere too,my 6.2 pickup often wanted to die after I passed someone,or had to pull a steep hill until I ran a copper 3/8" tubing line all the way from the tank to the fuel filter on the firewall..
--after that it started much better, and faster, especially after it sat awhile, and hasn't bogged down like that again since,I can drive it 65 mph for miles with no problems....the steel lines were all flaky and had some wet spots on them--didn't "leak"or leave stains, but they were getting porous..air must have been getting sucked in during high load conditions..
It could be head gaskets too though,if its dense white smoke...if it doesn't lose coolant, maybe the CDR valve took a dump and is letting oil get drawn into the intake and burned..

So what's with the Sami's? Are they a new wheeler project?
