I have a glass shop that says that they can cut them down.

Onto plan B, they can't cut them down do to the curve and polycarbonate won't work since it's flat, I'm looking at making them solid maybe out of fiberglass, any ideas.
Lexan should work I would think
Cut it out then put it in with using some cut shorter window rubber.
You could do steel then paint it black and it would look like tint![]()

Dude, keep a window if some kind. I would try cutting it myself with a glass cutter.
. Cutting tempered glass is a process, involving annealing, cutting and re-temper.I had a local glass guy tell me he was pretty sure we could make the stock windows work. I had a burb once and planned on bobbing it at one point. But he was the guy you called if you were chopping a top or doing a completely one off rod and needed to find a nicely curved windsheild to do all he trick.
I don't know if you have checked hot rod sites for recommendations.
