SUPER SEALER trailer build . . TANKER trailer's and now service bed ....

Made the prototype HOT tar can today for doing small cracks you can't get with the bigger machine or 3 to 4 crack only driveways it's not worth firing up the buggy for .
4" exhaust pipe 10" long. 1" conduit 10" long and slash cut . 3/8 plate disc I had from a scrap job to cap the bottom off and give it some weight down low and not want to tip over . Welders chipping hammer from cheepy china store cut off head . Bend rod 90* and cut off 2" and use on the bottom .
Just waiting on some domed 4" caps then cut 1 in half and weld on top .
Looked at a lot of options and said to thin or way to big or to much money . . . So I just made my own BEEFY tar can . And if it gets buildup just heat the whole can up and dump it out .

Scored more storage the other day. the small one I will use for sure . The big one maybe . Bonus rubbermaid cooler jug holder .
Didn't pan out for the deal . But found them local for about same deal anyday of the week .

yes there only 18" tall but thats all we need for driveways and saves room and get more on the rig .

Scored a almost brand new 5hp blower today for just under 1/2 price of new . 1year old unit he sold cause he needed a bigger blower for leaf cleanup jobs .
placed the steel order today for the making of the trailer for this unit .
5x3x3/16" rectangle tube for main rails and V-tounge setup . got 3 sticks @ 24ft long each .
3/4" x #9 expanded metal NON flattened for grip . 4 sheets of this stuff .

New build a teailer frame kit showed up today . 3 24ft sticks of 5x3x3/16 wall tube .

Well hit a snag . Lots of back log on parts so trailer axle places are not doing package deals now as there short on stuff . So to piece order it all will cost 2x as much if i got lucky .
So today after getting disappointed 1 more time i rechecked fb market place and BAM 1hr away was a new old stock set of dexter torsion axles 8 lug for $800.00 bucks for BOTH .
I couldn't hook up the trailer and get there any faster . But i scored these units . Only 1 problem i found later was he listed them wrong . Hub face to hub face was listed around 87" but i found them to be 95"

Not to big a deal but just need to plan better is all . I will make it work for this trailer .
Next step is hit up my local tire shop and get 4 235/85/16 trailer tires in 14ply . Not sure if i can just run gm rims or if i need to get some trailer rims . Reason for this is the max 102" width rules .

got my breakaway batt/switch combo today . also ordered 32 lugnuts and 5 rims and 5 tires to the tune of 1,050.00 bucks . . . but i got some 225/90/16 14ply tires and 0.50+ offset rims in 16x6 8x6.5 . so we can make it tall and skinny in the tire area . also ordered some 2" pipe fittings and valves to plumb the tank out .
Called dexter axle got full build info on axles .

Got 2 sticks out today . Cut 16ft rails and 2 cross members . Then cut 4 12" long chunks of 4x4x1/4 angle for my torsion axle mounts to weld to the frame rails .
2 sets of mounts cut & made for trailer axles . Went off the way i was finding them on pics off the internet .

Broke in BRENDA today . She had her Cherry popped for frame table duty .
First 2 cross members in . Next is set tank were its going and visualize axle placement. Then add in few more cross members and axles permanent.
Then make a tounge setup . Planning 4ft stick out off front of trailer for tounge.

Getting closer . Final layout set . Time to lock it in place . Tank mounted on hinge in rear . Has a jack up front to crank tank up to help empty on some jobs you need every drop for . Will have 2 pins for road travel use to keep it locked down .
