Haven't updated this since the last time out.... Michigan was a blast as usual, but I ran into some problems out there and on the way back. Driving out, I was losing my brakes and couldn't figure out why, I wasn't losing fluid or anything but I had a really spongy pedal. Wound up replacing the master when I got out there and that seemed to fix it for the most part, but it still seems a little weird.
The truck worked as good as a stiff leaf springed, underpowered, undergeared, pig of a rig could do in the dunes. Always a blast with the Michigan crew. I also got a rear bumper put on the truck (thanks again John!!!!!!!!) as a kind of spur of the moment thing.
On the way home, I wound up losing a u-joint on the highway in the middle of Ohio. I was able to drop the rear shaft, put the truck in front wheel drive and find an O'Reilly's that had the joint in stock. Slight detour, but it was fun I guess.
Now, the main purpose of this post is to remind me of what I need to do to get this truck ready for wheeling in September. Going out to Rausch again and I need to get some stuff done before I'll be satisfied that it is ready to go:
-Tie my sliders into the frame somehow
-Re-seal the rear differential
-Re-torque everything on the truck (especially after reading Mastiff's thread

)
-Fix my tranny leak
-Buy a spare U-joint
-Try and figure out what is wrong with my spare tire
-Fix the u-joint yoke on the rear axle
That's it for now. I'm sure i'll think of more stuff.
