Mock up of the sliders
my concerns:

1. I welded the section of pipes to the body. Considering pulling those of. If it starts to rust, I’ll never get to it again

2. I can roll the upper edge maybe another 1” before it gets close to the door. Not sure I’d move them inboard/outboard or forward or back

3. awesome orange bucket

Needs to be 6 inches longer. (TWSS)

If it is turned up to close to the door, and it drops on a rock and bends up, you need to NASCAR to exit.

My next option was 80”. 75” would have been better

They are 1.75”. Thinking 4 legs from the frame
@blazinzuk said to go to the fat part of the truck and push the bar out 1”. That also means I would have to lower the bar to get a straight leg to the frame

looks like a bucket full of compromises

I would run one to the low edge of the frame with a kicker to the top of the frame.

It would suck to drive home without the doors on it because they won't close.

Jeep guys do it all the time. Just think of it as a long box 2dr gladiator.
