It is kind of a cool cut. But on the frame in this climate, it looks like a place to catch a wire wheel when I have to repaint it in 2 years, ya know?

They shipped 8 gussets, one for each Lt Dan. I kind of envision more. What say everyone?

I think I’d like 2-3 at the frame and 2 at the slider for each leg. It’s overkill, but spreads the load enough to preserve the integrity at the frame
