Pretty sure it’s a 30 right now. Shouldn’t be the problem though

I hit the like button because it's good that you made it home!
I like that your truck seems to always get you home!
Me too! Not sure how much more time I had before things went south on that

Oh yeah, not the issue - just thinking out loud about the upgrade since you’ll have it apart.

Is the black in the pic from it getting hot or is that paint?
Heat. If you look close there’s little metal slivers. Thinking it might have seized and tried to machine it’s way out

So you when do we consider this babaganooked level repeat carnage of a 205?

I used to think 205's were unbreakable. Then I met Mark.
Don’t hate. It’s not bent

Bummer on the 205, but having just come off the “repair it with an upgrade” ride myself, I recommend it.

No hate, harassment for sure. You've leveled up to expert on the 205 breakage ability.

Im having a hard time imagining how that cover bearing would walk out like that. In the case of a seized front slip, even with a loose yoke nut it would just push on the bearing for a little while and then eat into the seal retainer. Alot of noisy things would have to happen.
In for diagnosis.

I’m betting the fork is bent. But for the life of me, can’t figure out why that would try to force the output back that hard. And the front drive line was moving before the run. I’ll definitely check when I drop it. Either way, it’s going into the spare pile
