Heat. If you look close there’s little metal slivers. Thinking it might have seized and tried to machine it’s way outIs the black in the pic from it getting hot or is that paint?
Don’t hate. It’s not bentSo you when do we consider this babaganooked level repeat carnage of a 205?
I used to think 205's were unbreakable. Then I met Mark.
I can do damageI did see the shavings, I think you need to make another snow run with us and show us what you can do.

Sometimes you just gotta get in there and get it done.We heard you more than saw you. Other than you trying to lick the power steering pump on the Dmax
No hate, harassment for sure. You've leveled up to expert on the 205 breakage ability.Heat. If you look close there’s little metal slivers. Thinking it might have seized and tried to machine it’s way out

$1400 for an assembled case machined for the doubler. And my birthday is after Moab. Quite the conundrum!!Time to take a trip to ORD on your birthday....
I’m betting the fork is bent. But for the life of me, can’t figure out why that would try to force the output back that hard. And the front drive line was moving before the run. I’ll definitely check when I drop it. Either way, it’s going into the spare pileIm having a hard time imagining how that cover bearing would walk out like that. In the case of a seized front slip, even with a loose yoke nut it would just push on the bearing for a little while and then eat into the seal retainer. Alot of noisy things would have to happen.
In for diagnosis.
