I have a long spline in the front drive line now, likely just retool it.I'm sure you'll need a little more spine...
I have reservations. Finally put a limit strap on the passenger side.
At full droop the drive shaft will bind. Only CV that will hit the angle is a super 42.
Likely transplant a high pinion in it
Oo now with 4 reverse gears!Just flip your current axle upside down and side to side. Bam high pinion and driver drop all in 5 minutes.
I've already acquired a HP axle. Math says it will remove 8-10° from the drive line angle, putting me at a running difference from the t case of 10°.
I can use the factory CV at that rate
Rear. Drove it home 120 miles on the front
Wasn't too bad at 55.
Pretty sure front U joints need changed now

@Kay86K5
I think I did it backing out the washout where Nate humped all the red paint onto the tree. I really had no business trying that after watching Scott no go.
I did try to push it a bit today to see how it would hold up/do
Now I know
Thanks!Yeah, actually that would make sense cause I did see you get on it a couple times in that wash. It was pretty funny seeing Nate's paint all over that tree, haha.
For the first time out with this rig, I thought it did really, really well. You should be proud that the maiden voyage was a success like that

Just remember... Carnage sells.Thanks!
Other than dumb driver!
