Yup. As in sanded out some rust and went to town. It looks rattle canned

I was stupid and bed linered my whole truck. It did ok for a bit, but even spray on liner doesn't last very long. And, it's not easily touched up.

Yeah I've seen a few of those chunked off, which kinda sucks.
I will likely do the inside of the bed, maybe next summer.
Also planning hydro assist and a new rear shock setup pre BB17.

Hopefully you can Moab with us sometime

Ha, I've never wheeled outside Kansas or Oklahoma. But that will change as soon as my toe rig gets done, and I get a camper for it.

But this is your thread. What's left on the list that "has" to be done for BB16?

This is my working list
Only the limit strap and tank cap gaskets are "needed"

It's not bad. Needs to help my buddy Aaron (he's the one that helped build the hi pinion) that's coming out. Need to regear the front axle on his M715 and mount 4 more mil surplus tires.

Think his needs a CB installed, but we have all the parts. Just need to do work, planning this Saturday

Steering box decided to start barfing oil out the sector shaft. Got it out, arm off and sector out. Didnt see anything amazing to make it pee.

Was to time to go service diapers instead. We'll see about the leak tomorrow

When I got the new PSC box the end cap leaked out of the box. I figured all I could try was to replace the o-ring. Didn't see anything wrong with the one in the box but after I was done it didn't leak. Sometimes I think it just takes the smallest thing to cause a leak.

Figured I'd run a flat file across the top of the box and make sure the threads are intact. One bolt didnt feel as tight as the others.

I dont have the pressure on the pump dimed, so shouldnt be the problem
