Been on the lookout for blue sharpie markers loli probably will tig it on the k5 there's just too much footage on the cc
Office supply store for the blue sharpies

I completely revised the way I weld just to up the quality. I only used part of one 4' section, and a total of 12 welds on this side. I can't imagine it would be worse than mine since you can go over the axle and out back. The tank in back makes for more work

Looks good Mark. That is my favorite way to route the tailpipe(s). Once I started doing them like that I stopped breaking my exhaust off road. :waytogo:
Nice work Mark! I was going to say Renes tailpipes were set up just like that.
I like the placement of the tips, nice and high out of the way and you can still see them. Perfect!

Thanks Dean. Pondering what it needed to be when I was done was part of why it took me awhile to start. Not 100% happy with it, but it’s better than it was for sure

Theres hope for you though!

One of my flex pipe sections was only 2.25" and I missed that unpacking everything. So sitting on one side done until the other 2.5" section shows up

Ugh I've been out of town for a week for work, and now I am back and it'll take me a week to catch up on all the crap that doesn't happen while I am gone.

I drove one of the other ones today, does that count? I did look at the trail rig though..while I was getting the broom to clean up the grass from the back patio LOL

I really like the high clearance routing. Good all around design for efficiency and trail friendly.
