The PSC box has the return side fitting drilled and taped significantly deeper than the factory hose would reach. Someplace in my mess of trail spares I found a hose with the correct thread/flare that doesn’t fit my truck. So it was sacrificed to make a new return. Also notice I have a new replacement for the one on the truck A9F4CF6C-7512-4FFA-A3F8-11C84136A3DC.jpeg

passenger side is together. Was able to turn the axle over by hand to find the witness points. Dremeled them clear and brushed a tad more silver paint for the bare spots.

Also cycled the steering for awhile and refilled it. I’ll give it another bleed tomorrow E96A5A32-1326-4E17-A923-5E6B48917870.jpeg
