Ryoken,
I may be able to get eyes on. Maelstrom is a legit af base here and when I served we sold cars quick all the time. PM me if you get a chance.

By the way we have a street here spelled willson. I know the spelling is correct because my pops lives on it. Let me know if your interested or want to pass.

No point in checking. That's the same nigerian craigslist/internet scam that's been going on for years.

I will still keep my ears open locally. We have tons of those trucks running around. Never seem to notice until somebody is looking.

Helped a freind find a subaru a few years back and all I ever see is all the subbies running around. Now we keep track of all the tree huggers with labs in the back.

Yea, i have seen that scam for a while now... Too nice of a vehicle for too cheap. Now, everytime i see one i click the report button.

thing is, the ad went away right after I replied to it.. no longer listed...

That's prolly so after you got the phony email saying the crap about the AFB you wouldn't be able to flag it. You'd either know it was a scam and stop contacting them or get your a$$ handed to you...

People suck:doah:

Do not ever be fooled by this scam. It's a 100% scam. Google nigerian craigslist scams and you'll be able to see how much money is apparently taken in by them. It takes 10 minutes to write a craigslist ad that takes $2700 from multiple people. If they write 10 different ads it's possible got make a lot of money for very little effort.

oh, without a doubt, it's easy money.... I bet the original truck the ad was stolen from was like $12,700.... I just replied back blasting him for being a douchebag...

Reached out to a couple buddies that have the types of rigs you are looking for. Also keeping eyes open locally. I'll PM you if anything pops up.

I didnt even know we had nigerians in this state.:haha:

my boss wants to sell me his truck for 6 g's... It's a Ford... F250 or 350 don't remember which.. 4x4 diesel with the 5 spd... think it's a 98ish, maybe 99... extended cab 2 tone red/w white insert, about 150,000 on it.. it's VERY VERY clean, the body is immaculate.... has a couple minor issues, needs glow plugs, slave cylinder...

but i don't know d*ck about that Ford drivetrain, it also has red interior which I'm not crazy about....

Powersmokes suck. Don't do it unless it's the 7.3. Either way Iwould rather have the cummins...

ok, cool... yeah, I'm not sure if it's the 7.3..... it's just a convenient option staring me in the face... never had a Ford, and really don't want to start now...

If its not what you want, just walk away. That's a 7.3 in a pre-superduty body. Good engines. If its not a 1ton don't bother. And you won't be hotrodding it or you'll be walking more than driving. So stock is as stock does.

Isn't a 99 a Super Duty? I thought that was the year they switched....

My dad has a 96 with the 7.3. Its a solid motor, gets decent mileage. F-250 Crewcab... We've had to put some work into it though.
