Gotcha. Was wondering how it was going to feel with 38s on it. I hated my 3.73s and 35s, although with an auto it isn't as bad as with a manual.

What are the new tires?
I originally had 3.07 gears and 35s which sucked. The 4.56 gears are great for running around and wheeling but thinking that I'll get 5.13s in the future.
They are 38/13.50/r17 Yokohama Geolandars
Yeah, 4.56 isn't going to be enough with the 38s I bet.

I drove down ad the FiTech was great! Even pushing 38s I had more power than before. Being able to pass on the highway was fantastic.
Also right before going, we were setting the alignment in the driveway when we discovered the wheel bearings on both sides had to be serviced and big tierod had worn out and moved about a half inch side to side. Thashed on it, but the pay off was the best drive down I've ever had, and nothing broke!

I like that 38" size. Only seen them in the Yokohama's as a radial. Probably the direction I'd go if I ever buy new tires. So far I've been lucky enough to find good used tires.

Dam that thing looks good. Only thing that would look better is if it had a set of boggers on it.
From what I know its the factory Medium Blue. I believe it was resprayed about 15-20 years ago (sat in a shop for a while)

Last weekend a bunch of friends and I went to Yuba state park for my bday. I had to add a hitch receiver to tow my trailer down. Picked up a receiver tube from HF welded it into the bumper, braced it with some angle iron.
Got everything hooked up and it towed great.
