That is true, connectivity and battery life seems to be a thing with the GoPro's.

Made a 2 part video on the gear install. We goofed off a lot and Eric pretty much runs the show.
Part 2 of the gears. We had to get a bit creative with the tools we had to get the job done. And we have since acquired a case spreader so maybe less shenanigans will happen in the future.
Something I’ve been wanting to fix for a while is my exhaust. I’ve basically just been band-aiding it along for the last few years and it’s time to get it sorted. It’s currently dual 2.5”, long tube headers, flow master 40s, and exiting infront of the rear wheels.
I want to keep it dual 2.5” but different mufflers, ran all the way to back corners, and routed so it isn’t bumping into things like it currently is.
I’ve ordered piping and V-bands but I’m debating on the mufflers. I want to keep a good tone but different from the 40 series.
Option I’m considering are magnaflow 4” round, Flowmaster Flow FX, or one of the Blackwidow variants.
Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome.

Not a huge fan of the dronemasters but I’ve only had experience with the 40 series. Magnaflow has a nice loud rumble when you get on it but it’s relatively quiet at idle. But mine is a much bigger muffler so maybe not comparable.
I would vote Magnaflow.
I love Magnaflow. Good quality and good sound.
Yup that’s one of the reasons. I like the muscle car sound but it gets to be a bit much.
I think a single 3" or larger sounds better also than the full duals. I did a magnaflow cat back 3.5" kit on a 2017 Ford with the 6.2L gasser years ago and it sounded so good. They had 3.5" from the factory.
I’ve thought about merging into a single 3” but I’m set on the dual. I do plan to H or X pipe it to help balance the exhaust.
If you take the exhaust all the way out the back like you plan, you'll find the Flowmasters won't drone quite as bad.
I have the small case racing version Magnaflow in the crew cab, and the sound is like Josh describes even with the smaller case. It dumps out in front of the rear axle and it's still quiet at idle. This clip will give you some idea of idle versus throttle. Just ignore the squeaky tcase at the beginning.

I love a good roar from dual exhaust but going with a single 3" set up is one of the best things I've don't on my Blazer. My old K10 had dual Flowmasters, the sound was ok but mostly just loud - there's a difference between good deep tone and just being loud (insert new Mustang sound here). Every time I worked under that truck the exhaust was always in the way, my current single set up is on the driver's side and almost never in the way.
Here's my sound clip - 454, shorty headers, 2.5" into a Y then 3" single through a big Magnaflow.
I had the exhaust all the way back and out the corner at 45*s and it was a lot quieter over all. I had to cut it short when I but in the newer blazer tank as they took up the same real estate.
Now I’m just wanting a better/different sound. Magna flow is probably the top contender right now, with the flow fx right behind.

I’m a nerd for Vibrant stuff, and they have a line of quiet mufflers. My single resonator is surprisingly quiet - rumble without the drone. Stainless Bros has super duper nice stuff, and what I’ve heard them in has sounded very civilized above idle.
