I am fully aware of the displacement calculations, that's why I had the Dual finger flick off smiley. That was supposed to be sarcasm.
Now about the factory 8.1. The factory heads will never support 600/600 numbers.
If I bought a factory 8.1 liter engine I would be not gaining anything because I would still have it rebuilt.
So it makes no sense to spend $1,000 on take out motor, when I had this 454 sitting around. Plus as I learned I have one of the better 454 blocks for high performance motor.
I've looked at the raylar stuff. Probably good. But like I said l, it still the same rabbit hole chasing performance.
