The Burb had a NP241C which has been sold. As for the TBI, I am undecided on using that yet. I feel like I should at some point, especially considering the simplicity of that setup, but I haven't gotten around to really researching it and my current setup runs really well, just leaks alot. I guess the answer is that it isn't for sale currently.

I should have kept it. Chalk that one up to not doing enough research. I've had this 205 forever, and until I really started reading more into it I never thought I'd ever use a 241. But by that point it was already gone, and it was practically a giveaway too. All I can say now is "oh well".

So I ordered more stuff last night. Should have it all by the middle of next week at the latest. I bought a seal kit for the t-case and the adapter, the ORD engine crossmember because mine is cracked, some engine gaskets, an adapter bracket to attach the TV cable to my carb'd engine in the right location, a new timing chain set, the spacer to mate the 205 to the 700R4. I also bought ORD's twinstick shifters. I was going to build my own, but I recently got me a little performance bonus at my job, and I said "might as well".

my truck actually was my brothers leftover when he built his truck. he paid $300 for it.. and i gave him $150 for what he didnt use... and built from there.

They were pretty simple really, those lights are on the shelf at any truck stop, parts houses have them, online retailers, etc. As for the plates that I made, I took some cardboard (not the corrugated stuff, it doesn't bend cleanly, use the single layer stuff) and made a template. If you try to duplicate you will definitely want the template. The way the bed is shaped in the rear means that the shape of the panel is actually more curves than straight lines. Also use the template to test fit the lights and make sure they won't interfere with the structural portions of the bed. I was able to fit the lights without trimming any of the original light bucket. Once I had my panels made, I marked where I wanted the rivets to be, then I drilled them to the rivet size. Starting next to the tailgate, I attached it using small self tapping screws. The screws need to be smaller than the rivets. Put one at the top, then one at the bottom, back and forth, using the screws to bend the panel along to body line as you go. Once it is attached in the location you wanted, pull one screw at a time, drill the bed to the rivet size, and put in the rivet. Then address your wiring and you are good to go.
As a side note, because I used the same material that I used for the floor boards, I had each piece sandblasted first so paint would adhere.

I can't help but be excited, and stressed out all at the same time. At the current rate that I am going, this round of modifications might take until August to complete. And I can't wait to wheel this thing. I was really surprised at how well it wheeled with stock springs, shocks, and a sway bar. Just wish that I could snap my fingers and it would be done.
I keep trying to snap my fingers too! I love building stuff but I seem to spend more time building than I do enjoying. Going to have to change that soon.
You will appreciate it more the way you are going than just snapping your fingers (or writing a check)
