I've done the conversion for $50. Used LT1 cam, and a roller setup from a parts engine.

It is a raised garden bed, and the side boards that are on it now are just to stabilize and locate the 4x4 posts while the concrete sets up. I'll have more pics upon completion.

Make sure you line the inside with thick mil plastic. If you have varmints lay the tight weave chicken wire across the bottom.
