Pulled the necessary rear crossmembers to make room for the blazer tank...

I need ideas. Pics of blazer tank installs into pickups please...

What did you need?

I aligned my fill neck just ahead of one of those braces so it was almost at the rear inner fender lip, so the taper of the tank was back. Worked backwards to where the hole in the bed need be for the sender, then just worked through

Held it up with a jack and just made stuff up to mount it, with provisions for things to drop the tank into the bed against as I went

He needs you to do all the searching for him. Post links.
Low blow there Scotty. I'm a busy guy. Sorry for asking for the easy way out...
You have a body lift right?

Yes on the 1" body lift. My tank is not nearly as far forward as your's. And already on a collision course with the rear diff... mine is basically even with the end of the frame. I can move the diff with some 1/4" offset plates from ORD and/or by turning the springs around, but I ams trying to avoid adding to my list at the moment, plus I like the stance as it sits...

The body lift will allow you to squeeze the fill tube between the frame and bed floor.

My tank skid will make contact with the diff cover occasionally with a loaded bed. This was a compromise so I could leave some frame for a bumper to bolt to. Also keep in mind that your shackles will provide some protection if they are positioned as the lowest point (below the tank).

Did ya scootch the tank back? Looks like there may be some unwanted humpage there

I moved the tank forward a tick...

With some cussing and bloody finger tips I'll be able to get my bumper back on now.

The bed had all four 38's in the back of it when I first put the tank up there. Pulled those out to remove the bed and gained a little clearance at the diff. If I have an issue in the future I can move the axle around.

One thing that I always hate is drilling through angle iron. I've got plenty of that to do today...
