When Dana answered the phone, he was extremely courteous and wasted no time arguing about it. He asked what was wrong with mine, and upon my answer, immediately said we'll have another coming your way today.

I can't say enough about the guys who build and supply parts for us. All of them. Be it RuffStuff, ORD, DIY4X, or any one else, service has always been great.

Mistakes happen. I didn't know that the pinion on the 14 bolts only goes in one way until I researched the gear swap...

Sucks for Dan that he had some parts welded up incorrectly, but this one mistake has not changed my view of him or RuffStuff in the least.

Still on the to do list...

Finish fuel lines and figure out a pressure gauge location.

Change t-stat.

Fill every fluid.

Run fuel pump/sender wiring.

Reinstall rear bumper and new license plate lights.

Re-wire ignition hot power to the FiTech.

Wire in fuse panel and relay for interior circuits and power inverter.

Fire engine and set FiTech parameters.

Bleed brakes.

Do home alignment (only draglink, tie rod is set slightly toe'd in).

Put hood back on.

Probably more

Got the replacement pinion guard from RuffStuff. Haven't opened the box yet. At work right now, but this truck needs to drive out of the garage this weekend...

Work will commence as soon as I get home.

Fuel line are in and heat wrapped.

I ran them down the passenger frame rail until about the transfer case, then up and over the top of the transmission, and up the back of the intake to the FiTech.

Realized that with only one tank, I no longer need two carbon canisters. So I pulled the one that is for the driver's side tank that sat on the driver's front inner fender, and made up new vent and vacuum hoses to properly go single tank, single canister.

Built my first weatherpack connector so the new sender is able to be unplugged instead of hardwired. Running that wiring right now, then I'll be running the ignition feed to the fFiTech.
