long bed should be 20 gal tank . look under at the filler neck tube to tank . if its just rubber hose then 20 gal . if there is a steel tube to fill a long gap then its a factory 16 gal tank in there .
I run mine at 50-60psi.Pretty silly/basic question, but does anyone have tire pressure recommendations for 235/85R16? I'm seeing 80 psi online for E rated tires, and I think my tires are at 60 right now...![]()
You should try to drive it as much as possible in the days before testing. Make sure there's fresh gas in the tank(s). Also make sure the engine is fully warmed up before you get tested. You might be able to get a temp tag to put off the testing for a bit.I really love this truck. I am starting to get to the point where the manual transmission feels "normal". Last night I cruised on I-25 pretty late at night and was able to open up on the throttle a little bit. The motor seemed to easily handle 65-75mph for a sustained period. It's faster than I thought.
On the other hand, I need to start thinking about emissions testing to get this thing registered in Denver. Hopefully whatever solution I come up with doesn't neuter it too much. It feels great right now! Haha
Can't you get collector plates to get exempt?I really love this truck. I am starting to get to the point where the manual transmission feels "normal". It would still have to be tested once. If it was 1975 and older, then he wouldn't have to do it all. Can't you get collector plates to get exempt?
My county is emissions exempt thankfullyIt would still have to be tested once. If it was 1975 and older, then he wouldn't have to do it all.
I only went with collector tags for the cheap registration.I don’t think he can be exempt. Think he has to do every yearIt would still have to be tested once. If it was 1975 and older, then he wouldn't have to do it all.
