Yeah it is and also the only reason I was able to tow it up a mostly 6% mtn at around 40-45 mph for a good 30+ miles.
True that...it's one of the coolest Ferd's I've ever seen, that's for dang sure

Hope you own some black paint. Lol

Oh thank god.
That looks great!!!And since I got this black and blue theme going on here, I took a wire wheel to them and scuffed them up and threw a coat of black paint on them. Looks good IMO. Once again, they are just sitting there. Will go get some bolts/screws for it tomorrow and fully mount them

Yikes on the rusty tank! And I finally got around to installing a new saddle tank on the passenger side now (my storage/transfer tank). I picked up a brand new TBI pump and sending unit (as you can tell from the below picture, there was so much rust in the factory tank, both of those items were a necessity)

I don't know what those black wavy lines/marks are on the bottom of the tank but when I first looked I thought it was a to do list or something. Looked like writing at first glance. And shabaam...installed in the truck. It is nice to have 40 gal of fuel capacity again...and it's very nice to know that everything in the fuel system is brand new

Oh and I keep going to post #504 for updates and pics but all I see are pictures of a Doodge and something about rebuilding a transmission for it.

...I actually forgot I did that. I added that to the title way back when photobucket decided to be douches and stop their third party hosting. So since at the time all my previous photos were gone, that was my way to have people quickly go to posts that actually had pics in it. Now that photobucket stopped their douchiness, I guess I can take it off the title, haha
...so since someone was willing to pay that much for the dumb thing, I sold it in a heartbeat, went and bought a brand new dirtbike and a 93 3/4 ton Suburban with a TBI454 with the proceeds...plus had some extra to throw in the bank
. The money those stupid Cummins go for is so dumb it's not even funny...but I'm glad I made out good on the fix and flip with that one
