No, those will not take the earlier hubcaps. The ones I am looking for are specific to the 3/4 ton trucks up to 72 I think.
I didn't realize the were different pre-72. I hooked up @campfire with some 90's ford 16"s that'll accept GM caps and they're so common they're practically free
They take a 12" hubcap?
The ones I gave Ethan were from my 95 powerstroke, they're gray though so they'll need painted or powerder coated. Is it all 90s 3/4 ton Ford wheels?
The 3/4 ton wheels are different from the 1/2 ton versions. Here is a picture of one. I can't remember if the hub cap is 10" or 12"....now that I think of it. It takes a different, deeper hub cap than the 1/2 ton wheels. These are factory wheels, 16.5's though.

I think this is the correct hub cap. It's very deep to cover the rear FF axle.

This is the wheel I was looking for. It is 16" so it will take a convention a truck tire but has the small ring to use the 3/4 ton factory hubcap for 72.... I know I have a problem but the devil is always in the details. I could have went with another style steel wheel that would have been "close" but not right. This one is exactly what I was looking for.
