Adam so you are going with Dave to Kerts!?? Cool trip...take lots of pics!
So many cool things to see...
And Dave drinks Neers now.![]()
Lol! when is the trip? Have fun guys!![]()
In a month. March 21
Got 4 days off of work, plus the weekend![]()
fixed that for ya Adam!
Kert has worked with me on this custom tank, and has provided many ideas and direction for it to come together....I'm lucky enough he lets me come visit the shop and I'll try not to hamper his progress....we may even have some fun over the weekend!

But I didnt get to actually installing the rear most ones if I remember right. I got them cut and ready but I think I left and eric n dave did them

I have a plastic battery box to put it in.I like the idea of moving the battery up there. Maybe should spring for one of the steel or aluminum boxes or make or though. maybe safer since itll be right behind the rear passengers head.
this would effectively make a Reinforded super rollpan![]()
) could rip right through that strap. And form personal experience, if you put bolts n fender washers inside to hold it down better they will corrode BAD and fast. Even with a yellow top cause thats what I had. Just figured I'd mention it
I can see the leaving the bumper part, If it aint broke dont fix it, right
I'm not out to reinvent the wheel here .....No, its going back on like it was, !

OK well that is fine with the bumper, I still think you should move it up like Shady pictured.
however
plastic battery boxes do not keep the battery in place, they are plastic you really should do a metal one. As well as a sealed gel battery if you don't have one yet. I would not want that thing coming loose in some high speed action somewhere that close to the rear passengers.
