Nah, Adam must be busy, I was hoping he would jump in for some more...I'll throw it at him from time to time, but let me tell you this kid is as good and light hearted as they come.
I have been so dam busy lately I haven't had time to hardly look at the Maiden let alone work on it....and the Vette is dead right now too, I got a bike trip coming up on Thurs, and a couple races to go to, but I still plan on getting it running for Adam's hillbilly get together in July!

its motivation alright...I'll run it right up your ass.

I unfortunately won't be able to run anything there unless a 2wd cummins or the short bus has a chance! I'm thinking oct or nov I'll be situated better for a run up there.

Closes for the year on oct 31st till April 1st. That's when I slip into depression :doah:

Our tank is a 22 gallon tank Dave only leaks when you fill it past the tank into the tube.

I was looking at some gasket material that is thicker. That may be your problem. I can't remember where it was but it was supposed to be fuel proof not fuel resistant and you could get it in several thicknesses.

It may be the gasket is having trouble conforming to the surface area. On that note I have also used black RTV ( fuel resistant not fuel proof) on an area that didn't get submerged and if it did not for very long. It worked for a couple years before I noticed any kind of a leak. Sold that rig though before ever fixing it. Yes I told the guy

Hey dave... Is this thing gonna be running in under 2 weeks :dunno:

Just wondering to be honest, not pushing, I know you been stupid busy. But an FYI, there will be a group of chevy enthusiasts all in one place that im sure could help get this thing up and going if it isn't. And a lift :D

working on the FAST system now....

Question:

How does the electric fan control wire into the existing relays...I have two relays that right now run off a thermal switch in the intake....the FAST system has a sensor in that thermal switch to run the ECU to the EFI system...the wire that controls the fan relays is separate, but where does it hook to???

I'm trying to get it all layed out and figured out before I take the existing manifold off for the RPM air gap.

Dave the wire from the fast system you need to find out of its active lo or hi. IE is it ground that sending or is it 12V. After that you can wire the relays up. I just downloaded the manual and am reading it now. I'll let you know in a few

Dave see the attached picture. You may not have to rewire your existing relays depending on how they are hooked up. If you used a thermal sensor that just grounded before when it reached temp then you will not need to. Just tie the negative side of the coil(existing wire that went from the relay to the sensor in the manifold) to the fast efi control wire.
