Boy am I tired.. My son was up and down pretty much all night.. Then momma was pissed and cranky which made me pissed and even more cranky.. Needless to say I laid the law down for my son. I hate hate hate to do that but parenting is not always about the easy choices. I swear every single spanking or yelling or whatever replays 100x and I wonder if I'm doing this right.. I pray that I am..

I did some stuff :) practically broke my back for these pictures but they're worth it.

Getting the truck up and over the lift arms by myself was intresting, I ratcheted the beams up and jacked up the front and muscled the truck back up and over..

Also got the pitman at least welded together and played on one side for now while I move it around the shop, I gotta flip it around so I can back it onto the lift need be.

Nailed it dude! It has been over a year since I got to roost my own truck. Hopefully soon, I need it. And thanks all the hard work is paying off. I can see the light!
 
Sorry, I'm sure you have been asked a hundred times, but what's the plans for the front fenders?
 
I say cut em!

The fenders I might actually cut and modify, I talked to Dave about it, I think I am going to cut the inside structure and push the fender outwards, the Prerunner crowd does this a lot in the rear. It's called pulling fenders or something, anyway I may still have to cut some but the more I look at it the more I kinda wanna keep the steel.. It takes a beating so if I brush a tree or something at speed it's not gonna cost me 300$ every time.
 
Kids will push the limits and your putting a stop to it and holding steadfast to your word will earn their respect. Show them guidance and love and your efforts will pay off later in life.
Glad to see another round eye coming together!
 
We decided it was a good idea to go on a 6.5 hr road trip last night. My kid didn't sleep at all last night. The dogs would wake the kid up, then the kid would wake the dog up. Yah we had to lay down the law today so I feel your pain. It's tough but needed. If we don't lay down the law they will end up blocking the freeway trying to stop trump rally's.
