Found it.....Frame bent and damaged post#35 ......Cut off in post#51
How many miles of dirt? This weekend was a long one...spur of the moment decided to drive out to Minden, NV and pick up Wilfred from my friends place. Had some fun out there with Tundra Mifflin and slept in the bed under the stars....I was thinking I could get used to this, especially flying on those dirt roads and hanging the rear loose. Was a long ass drive but beautiful in some parts and well worth it. Almost 400 miles, and 8 hours of driving later, and I finally got it home.

Probly around 10 or so.How many miles of dirt?
Oh I see. I thought it was mostly dirt. I used to make a 200 mile run that was probably 80% dirt just for fun.Probly around 10 or so.
Haha noooo. I towed the trailer out there around 400 miles on road and then dropped it off, went out to mob for a bit, pulled off and drank some beer(a lot), slept, mobbed back the next morning, loaded up the trailer, and then drove 400 miles home. It was a sweet but short little vacation trip, Which I needed. I love going on road trips occasionally and just driving for miles through different terrains and geographies. And I'm stoked I finally got this rig! So stoked to start building it up and see what it becomes. Definitely got a lot of potential, we'll see if I am able to do this one right.Oh I see. What are you doing exactly? I must be lost but why torch off the front of the frame?

Different design this time. Thought it would be easier. I'm not the first person to ever do this....how come you're butting those tubes instead of bending?
Yep. Hole saw threads stripped. That hole saw had been used and abused. I know because I was able to put the 1" hole saw on and cut some 1" tube. Are you sure the arbor didn't strip out? http://www.greatlakespowertools.com...-56-6560.htm?gclid=CLvYrcqTwc0CFdhahgodQ68BrA
I always keep a supply on hand.
