Ah! Thick! Vevy cool...I have the tank but no mounting hardware. I like your idea, if I ever get to it i`m going to steal it!

It might be 1/8" now that I look at it. I can't remember. I'll measure it when I get to the shop.
 
Oh, that's a long drive for a skid plate.

Replaced blown ignition and ECM B fuses. Bypassed clutch switch then it started cranking. Bypassed tank selector switch then the pump primed. Hooked up fuel lines, put some gas in and it fired right up.

Also had to replace positive battery cable.
 
Hard to tell at this point. Can't drive it for a number of reasons. One being that the throttle is sticking.

It did start right up and idled good. Disconnected the throttle cable and it seemed to rev good.
 
I wouldn't mind driving a bit to meet you. It would save it from getting scrapped. Give me a reason to get out of town on a Friday night.
 
Yeah that would work. Not too bad of a drive. Maybe if I get this V20 road worthy soonish, I could take it :)
