It is not any big deal where you stay. We run trails from both ends of town.

I can guarantee it was not a CK5 person who did not buy a bunch of spots. Nobody here has that kind of money.

Just booked an AirBNB for Rob and Myself. Sept. 9th to the 14th.

Almost right across from Moab Rim Campground. I called around and some places were filling up. There is also another place pretty close that appears to be accessible to Moab Rim campground via a trail, instead of HWY 191. Except it doesn't have trailer parking.

We are both Moab and BB virgins.

Received the registration. Not changing the dates. Doing so requires all new permits and insurance. We are going unless shut down by the bureaucrats.

The BBQ is friday at Old City Park in Moab.

I've got a question about driving around town. Rumor mill years ago was they were ticketing people for tire coverage. Is that still the case? I.E. can I drive my junk around town.

I only personally know of 1 time someone was hassled about tire coverage, but I don't think they got a ticket. And that was 13 or 14 years ago.

I got pulled over the first year we had the crew cab there because I didn't have a rear bumper. Didn't get a ticket; they were just doing a sobriety check.
