Ok out of curiosity I went and looked at the bushings... they look ok however it looks like the passenger side needs to be tightened. Don't know if it's causing an issue just looks like it's 1/2" wider than the other side. The straps are spread more at the top like a y vs an h.Could be. Your frame bushings might have given up the ghost and the rear of the springs might be walking
How's your shocks?
Give serious consideration to the GoPro idea. I've solved lots of weird shif that way
Absolutely. King pin 60s are notorious for that issueI'm just trying to figure out how/where i would mount a go pro to see the most stuff. I will absolutely look into it.
I know someone mentioned ball joints, in fairly sure my D60 has king pins, I wonder If they would act the same way?
Could any of this front end stuff cause a speed related shake in the truck ?
Do it! Mount on the center of the transfercase crossmember, and you'll see everything. Watch the shackles and upper kingpins.Have a go pro?
Might be time for an undercarriage ride
Usually if you don't feel it in the wheel it's in the rear then. Mine has an out of round tire and has a shake/hop all the time especially at speed. But you have eliminated that with swapping wheels and tires. Are your rear driveline angles good since it changes with added weight? How bout a hub issue in the back? Jack it up and set something next to the tire like a bucket with a screwdriver on it and spin the wheel and see if it wobbles bad.Cool I'll check it out. It sucks, I can jack it up and everything seems tight and solid when trying to move things around...
One thing that kinda throws me off I don't feel any of this in the steering wheel. To me I think front end issues usually go straight through the steering wheel to your hands.

lol seems possible to meTrue. Go pro coming tonight. We will seeCould be. Too many variables without see it though
Nah, even though she hit some hard stuff I'll sweep it under the rug given the situation....Are you going to blame the girl driver?
@bent72 so I started just digging through everything you mentioned (that I could) I will give you credit. I'm 99% sure the passenger side frame bushing is shot. The sping even sits a little off to the side.... might be the wobble.Could be. Too many variables without see it though
Do yourself a favor and upgrade the shackles while it's apart. Those have little life left@bent72 so I started just digging through everything you mentioned (that I could) I will give you credit. I took a pry bar between the frame and spring and it's got a bunch of play.
I also used a bucket and screwdriver to check the wheels/axles and they are smooth
