Could be. Your frame bushings might have given up the ghost and the rear of the springs might be walking

How's your shocks?
Ok out of curiosity I went and looked at the bushings... they look ok however it looks like the passenger side needs to be tightened. Don't know if it's causing an issue just looks like it's 1/2" wider than the other side. The straps are spread more at the top like a y vs an h.

I'll see if I can snug it up.

Ooooh death wobble is real, you've seen mine go crazy down the road. You can use my GoPro to see what going on. I'd be willing to drive it too and give you an opinion.

Give serious consideration to the GoPro idea. I've solved lots of weird shif that way

I'm just trying to figure out how/where i would mount a go pro to see the most stuff. I will absolutely look into it.

I know someone mentioned ball joints, in fairly sure my D60 has king pins, I wonder If they would act the same way?

Could any of this front end stuff cause a speed related shake in the truck ?

Absolutely. King pin 60s are notorious for that issue

Have a go pro?
Might be time for an undercarriage ride
Do it! Mount on the center of the transfercase crossmember, and you'll see everything. Watch the shackles and upper kingpins.

It's an eye opener.

Cool I'll check it out. It sucks, I can jack it up and everything seems tight and solid when trying to move things around...

One thing that kinda throws me off I don't feel any of this in the steering wheel. To me I think front end issues usually go straight through the steering wheel to your hands.

Usually if you don't feel it in the wheel it's in the rear then. Mine has an out of round tire and has a shake/hop all the time especially at speed. But you have eliminated that with swapping wheels and tires. Are your rear driveline angles good since it changes with added weight? How bout a hub issue in the back? Jack it up and set something next to the tire like a bucket with a screwdriver on it and spin the wheel and see if it wobbles bad.

I did a visual like this and it looked good but I'll try with a marking device.

It has been driving fantastic for years with the driveline angle I have so if count that out.

I think it's funny that nobody thinks it's possible that I bent an axle or flange :D lol seems possible to me

Yeah the wobble test thing I was talking about should show you if the flange was bent. Did you take any real hard hits while in Moab. I'm sure it's possible to bend one on a 14bff, I'm assuming that's what you have. I have had semi floating axles with bent axles and bent flanges.

Could be. Too many variables without see it though
@bent72 so I started just digging through everything you mentioned (that I could) I will give you credit. I'm 99% sure the passenger side frame bushing is shot. The sping even sits a little off to the side.... might be the wobble.

I took a pry bar between the frame and spring and it's got a bunch of play.

I also used a bucket and screwdriver to check the wheels/axles and they are smooth

Do yourself a favor and upgrade the shackles while it's apart. Those have little life left

And keep looking. I'm thinking there's something else. Have you serviced your king pins?
