Built White truck A.C, links and coilovers (35 PSI boost!)

2-4wheel 4BT conversion
If you weld only 2" at a time and let it cool between welds you might be ok. On those welds where you only weld on one side of the tube instead all the way around, you really want to do that anyway to prevent warping.

Sweet upgrade!

The outer axle seal probably won't come out and go back without damage so I'm not worried about them it's more about the bushings. My thoughts exactly, don't weld everything at once.

It's stuffed seven inches from ride height, haven't flexed it with bumpstops yet. As of now driveshaft looks good, panhard bar is snug on oil pan, diff cover and engine cross member will be tight. I planned on moving the steering gear box forward but panhard bar bracket, pitman arm and tire location in fender opening looks good so that'll save little work. :waytogo: 20220109_170133.jpg20220109_170056.jpg20220109_170019.jpg20220109_165926.jpg20220109_165913.jpg20220109_165827.jpg20220109_165803.jpg20220109_165627.jpg

Yeah the kit saves a lot time, I'm going to move the motor mounts to center of engine were they belong.

Nice motor mounts! Look like liquid filled isolators, solid rubber last iteration? look forward to hearing your comparisons.

Changing location same isolators, the other mounts are in front of the engine and closer to center of the crank. This location should take some stress off the bell housing stabilize the engine more.

Yeah they are fluid-jelly filled, same isolators Cummins used when they did conversion in P30 chassis.
