Built White truck A.C, links and coilovers (35 PSI boost!)

2-4wheel 4BT conversion
Crazy how much travel is used for limit strap stoping axle before it hits bottom of shock, bump stop little lower so shock doesn't bottom out and articulation difference. 14" shock ends up with 11 3/4" straight up and down travel, inner fenders might suck.

The strap can stretch during operation, they say 10% of length I think.

You are going to like it. And when the front end comes off the ground some you almost don't know with the limit straps and good shocks, no clunking as the shocks reach the travel limit.

Yeah I'm sure it'll be a huge improvement, suspension improvements will require more power from the engine.

Did you get the A/C mounting more securely mounted? Do you have more details on the setup? I’m needing to do something like that on my 6BT.

I'll probably weld it to the plate on front of head that I had for limit straps, AC is on a list of things for next winter. It's time for test spin and wrap up this project for the summer.

Moving to next phase of project the starter fits after removing a frame brace and loosening the HVLP pump direct above the starter, that said I've never wished I had a bigger engine that took up more space. :haha: I used 3M seam sealer to fill between frame and plate. The engine bay sparkles with fabricating dust so before opening intake tubes and other vital organs it'll get cleaned.
