I picked up some new LTB 40's a couple months ago. I went with some Allied Rockathons as it was time to get new wheels too.
So far I really like them. They ride pretty good for a bias tire, and I think they look badass!
Finally got time to take them out and try them. I cut my fenders some more yesterday before the trip, but quickly found out it was not enough. Ended up cutting a few small chunks out of the big lugs on each front tire.
The trails were mostly dry with lots of stumps roots and rocks, but it the shady low area there was plenty of mud and wet roots/rocks. The LTB's worked awesome on every type of terrain!! I wheeled 95% of the day in 2wd. One because its a whole lot easier to turn, and two just because I could
It was just me and my buddy with a Yota pickup that were supposed to go, but we met up with a group of Land Cruiser guys that didn't know the trails so we wheeled with them. Pretty good group of guys and some capaple rigs. Not my style, but overall they all did well. It was a little slow because the trails are very tight and they were very concerned about body damage

One guy in the green Lexus cruise whatever its called bent his draglink (He kept calling it his tie-rod) pretty bad. We used the winch and some redneck ingenuity and got it back to almost straight.
Anyway on to the pics. Mostly of everybody else except a few poser pics. I'll upload more when I get them off my buddies camera. I think we have video too.
