You'll be over 2000 pounds with one tons and military wheels and tires easily.
You are probably right (was hoping to not do a 60 up front if possible, that would save a little weight)
I think i could be under 3k though. Bretts rig is 4500 lbs with him in it and a full tank..... That thing is pretty damn huge....
Hopefully Brett can actually hit some rocks with us at bundy![]()
This chassis is sitting in my backyard. Come and buy it Deuling, I will cut you a great deal!

$500 and it's yours
They run the axles upside down, so that they rotate the opposite direction.
Haha awesome
Dang, everybody is so against it lol. I thought it'd be a sweet rig to build under $4-$5k.
I like this one. Honda engine and trans... I think it could be shorter though.
Cool idea, but you'd have to weld the transaxle diff to lock the axle shafts axa drive shafts in this case. What id like to do is take a 3.8L v6 setup and turn it sideways... No tcas and all time 4x4.
But would that be strong enough? I could gear the axle way high. The thing doesnt need to go 80 mph, a 40 mph top speed would be just fine....
There is a guy locally that has a hookup on brand new 3.8 engines for around $1000 with harness and computer..
